Course:
            U.S. History I traces the history of the United States from its inception through the end of the Civil War.  Throughout the semester you will find that history is a subject based on fact AND opinion. Throughout the course of the semester we will examine significant events, movements, and patterns that have shaped modern America.  This course will focus on developing your research and analysis skills, enabling you to read, comprehend, and analyze a multitude of primary and secondary sources relative to U.S. History.
